Former Executive Vice President at Albertsons; led billions in development, acquisitions, and strategic growth at one of the country's largest retailers.

Bob is an executive management professional specializing in real estate development, M&A, and large-scale operations. He served on the Executive Committee of Albertsons — a roughly $40B retailer with more than 230,000 employees and approximately 2,500 stores across 31 states.

As a member of the senior management team, Bob held primary oversight for real estate, new store development, design, architecture, construction, purchasing, engineering, energy management, surplus properties, pharmacy business development, fuel center development, and property maintenance.

Bob built Albertsons LLC's Real Estate department as Vice President of Real Estate (2008–2010), and previously served as Executive Vice President of Development. Since 2005 he has independently analyzed and developed commercial properties across Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, and Washington — including Winco, Albertsons, New Seasons, Boise Co-Op, the Karfeldt Medical Center, and Medicine Man Technologies facilities.

He holds a Juris Doctorate and M.B.A. from Arizona State University, an M.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling & Guidance from St. Mary's University, and a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel.

Ross Cook

Executive coach, former Division I head basketball coach, financial executive, and performance facilitator helping leaders and teams perform at their highest level.

Ross is a Boise-based personal excellence coach, teacher, and facilitator known for his work in Balancing — a holistic practice that helps individuals and teams release barriers, access peak performance, and achieve greater health and effectiveness.

He spent his early career in athletics, including five years as an assistant coach at Oregon State University (104–34 record) and four seasons as head coach of women's basketball at the University of Louisiana, where he compiled a 57–51 record and led the Ragin' Cajuns to competitive success.

Ross was recruited into financial services, where he served as a financial planner, earned his OSJ supervising branch offices and broker-dealer professionals, and became a district manager for IDS/American Express. Relocating to Idaho in 1990, he trained and supervised 17 financial planners for many years.

In 1990 he founded the Center for Balance and Effective Communication in Boise, integrating principles from psychology, communication, and performance to facilitate transformative change for executives, athletes, sales teams, and leadership groups. He co-authored a recent book on the topic, available on Amazon.

CMO and Chief Growth Officer with 15+ years scaling ecommerce, SaaS, CPG, and consumer brands; founder of 727 Digital and former Target paid social lead.

Cody is a digital marketing pioneer, former D1 athlete (Florida Gators baseball), and entrepreneur. He has led organizations responsible for more than $500M in cumulative revenue across ecommerce, SaaS, CPG, and consumer brands.

He built Target Corporation's paid social team, managing $50M+ in Facebook ad spend at 5x+ ROI in the platform's earliest enterprise era. He co-founded an electronic checks processing business that handled over $30M in gross sales in its first two years, and built Bucks of Nebraska into a national hunting apparel brand with seven-figure revenue.

Cody partnered with original Shark Tank investor Kevin Harrington to create a multi-million dollar advertising agency that generated $10M+ in online sales. In 2017 he founded 727 Digital, which has helped 200+ businesses generate $50M+ in revenue through data-driven marketing and AI solutions.

His work spans paid media, brand, conversion, marketing leadership, and the AI tooling that increasingly powers modern growth organizations.
