Former Executive Vice President at Albertsons; led billions in development, acquisitions, and strategic growth at one of the country's largest retailers.
Bob is an executive management professional specializing in real estate development, M&A, and large-scale operations. He served on the Executive Committee of Albertsons — a roughly $40B retailer with more than 230,000 employees and approximately 2,500 stores across 31 states.
As a member of the senior management team, Bob held primary oversight for real estate, new store development, design, architecture, construction, purchasing, engineering, energy management, surplus properties, pharmacy business development, fuel center development, and property maintenance.
Bob built Albertsons LLC's Real Estate department as Vice President of Real Estate (2008–2010), and previously served as Executive Vice President of Development. Since 2005 he has independently analyzed and developed commercial properties across Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, and Washington — including Winco, Albertsons, New Seasons, Boise Co-Op, the Karfeldt Medical Center, and Medicine Man Technologies facilities.
He holds a Juris Doctorate and M.B.A. from Arizona State University, an M.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling & Guidance from St. Mary's University, and a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel.
